|Recommended: YesIt has plenty of space and a wonderful view — i would tell them that the price is worth the comfort and homie feeling that you get while living here
|Recommended: YesWonderful staff — A well run apartment community
|Recommended: YesWe love the property — It really does not feel like apartment living at all. Everyone is a community and is very nice The dog park is awesome. Great way to meet new people and make friends, and a great addition for dogs to run and play. We have not heard any neighbors, pretty sound proof. The property is kept up nicely. All the staff are super nice as well.
|Recommended: YesExpensive but very high quality — The rent is higher than average for the traverse city area, but the apartments are very high quality, and I love the onsight amenities and community vibes It’s a very pet friendly community as well which I appreciate as the fur-mom of a dog and a cat.
|Recommended: YesI love my apartment and have been very happy here. The staff are always quick to respond and very helpful. I do wish they had an elevator and surprised they don’t. The garden 🪴 spots for residents is a great idea. I never hear my neighbors unless I am out in the hallway or on Sunday when they vacuum up 🔝 above me. I also love having a washer and dryer in my apartment
|Recommended: YesIt is amazing Best apartment I have ever lived in. The neighbors are considerate and absolutely the best — They need to move here It is worth it The entire complex is amazing
|Recommended: YesGreat — Great
|Recommended: YesGood, but needs some work for the cost. — I love my apartment - It’s comfortable and spacious. For how much it costs to live here, I feel that there should be security cameras to prevent petty theft like we’ve seen. The amenities are nice, but starting to feel crowded. Plus, the units lose a lot of heat during winter months. Overall, I’d give R45 a 4 5 stars. Despite its current drawbacks, it’s still the best place around to live and I’m happy here.
|Recommended: YesNice place to live — Love our apartment. Really like the gym and use it all the time. The pool and hot tub are wonderful too. Being on the ground floor we do hear the upstairs neighbors but it isnt bad.
|Recommended: YesEnjoyed my time living here — I had a good experience, however I lived in one of the brand new buildings and lived on the third floor so didn't hear my neighbors as much. The utility bills do seem abnormal expensive in comparison to other apartments I've lived in and other residents seem to agree. In spite of that, it was a quiet and nice neighborhood to live in. The apartment itself was great with nice, new appliances. Never had an issue with parking and working with the staff was always a good experience for me.
|Recommended: YesThe property is very nice — I very much enjoy living here.
|Recommended: YesOverall, nice depending on the unit — The building are aesthetically pleasing. The cost of living is higher than anywhere I’ve ever lived including California. Maintenance is solid. The new office staff is night-and-day better than the old. My only big complaint is that roads need to be plowed by a professional company, not by maintenance, and definitely not just Monday-Friday.
|Recommended: YesVery quit and well taken care of complexes — I feel classy and comfortable
|Recommended: YesQuiet, clean, and friendly — N A
|Recommended: YesAwesome — I have been at ridge 45 for a little over a month and so far I absolutely love it The amenities are amazing I write this review as I sit in the hot tub here Which is great The gym area is the best I’ve seen at an apartment complex And I am super excited for the pool come summer The apartment is extremely nice and modern with beautiful granite countertops stainless appliances and the space in the 1000 sq ft 1 bedroom 1 bath is incredible So far very happy
