|Recommended: YesRent, living, and view — If someone ask me how it is living at ridge 45 I would tell them it’s awesome and beautiful home and a lot to do in the community room and gym. If you have any questions the staff are very organized and respectful and answer question to there best ability. Rent isn’t to bad I pay 1.115.00 plus I go to college and have a full time job 40plus hours a week working on building the apartments my wife and I work on. For me it’s awesome because I can see the progress on west winds project and see all of my hard work.

It seems as though the walls were not sound proofed though, can hear even muffled talking that keeps my husband and I from sleeping some nights. — It's great Love the location, amenities, and floorplans. Don't like being able to hear and worry about being heard by neighbors constantly.

|Recommended: YesI feel like a part of a community here — Clean grounds, helpful and friendly staff. The layout of the apartment is great. The heating bill gets high in the winter, but that's really my only complaint.

|Recommended: YesThe appearance and finish of the apartments are great, quality fixtures and appliances. — Overall all it is a good place but for the price I would have liked more sound proofing put into the construction, if you are not on the 3rd floor noise from about is a real issue.
|Recommended: YesSo far we love it. Can't wait to utilize the amenities when not so busy. — We have only been here since Dec 2017 and so far so good. Noise is minimal and love to see the animals roaming around with their owners.

|Recommended: YesProperty looks amazing — I have had only minor issues since living here. Parking seems to be very difficult at times, and some times its like people flock away and there are multiple spots for days. I don't have too many problems, but working a varying schedule where I might have to be up at 4 am to 8 am, some of the noise does add uip. Not the noise before 10, but the loud tvs, music, people, put a strain on trying to get up at 4 am certain days. Overall it has been a pleasure living here
|Recommended: YesModern, Beautiful Apartments — I love living here. The apartments are new and modern. The entire complex is very clean and well taken care of. The office staff is very helpful. The complex is pet-friendly for an extra fee. The utility bundle for cable Internet water is awesome.
|Recommended: YesLove this place. — Living here changes my opinion about living in an apartment complex. Its more of a community than a complex. Everyone is very friendly, from our neighbors to the staff. It is very dog-centric, which is absolutely fantastic and made the transition from living in the woods to the city much easier for our furbabies.
|Recommended: YesBrand New — I moved in a month ago and everything has been amazing. My apartment is perfect and the staff is extremely accommodating and responsive. Maintenance goes the extra mile and extremely helpful. I cannot wait for the fitness center to open up and the hot tub. Very happy with my decision to move into Ridge45.
