|Recommended: YesGood, but easy to hear neighbors with minimal noise. — The community itself is nice, it'll be even better once we have the amenities. All new construction is looks great, but its very easy to hear people around us.
|Recommended: YesSo far so good. — Will be glad to have the community center, pool, etc. finished so we have a space to go outside, Grass or lack thereof could use some attention and can really hear the upstairs neighbors, but I guess that is apartment living. Overall nice place and the staff is very friendly and responsive.

|Recommended: YesCome live here — We made a cross country move to Traverse City and had no idea what to expect. I was leery of renting since we had owned a home for so long. When we got here, the staff, other residents, and apartment were amazing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and we know we will gain some great friends here. We know we have selected the best place to live, This is a very community oriented complex and has multiple community building activities each month. The layout of the buildings is great with space between the buildings and landscaping, which gives a sense of privacy. We have a toddler and a baby on the way and know this will be a great place to raise them.

|Recommended: YesGreat place — Out of the whim, I went to look at the model floorplan and instantly knew I wanted to move into one of these apartments I fell in love with the modern, clean and streamlined look. A month later I did - . The process was easy and stress-free and was immediately welcomed by a very nice maintenance man. So far everything seems to be great. Love the big windows, all the light and space
|Recommended: YesLocation, Amenities, and more — First place I looked into when having to plan to move after the unplanned sale of our home. Did not look into any other properties after speaking with Ashley. I was sold. Very worth the wait for the apartment. Looking forward to the construction of the community center and pool. Office staff great to work with and extremely pleasant. Maintenance staff very welcoming and helpful.

I love just turning the key and not having to worry about anything, just wish I did wait so long but glad I did and found Rigde45
